I grew up in Weaverville and graduated from Trinity High School. I have two amazing grown-up daughters. One is going to college in North Carolina and the other one lives in Grass Valley with her firefighter partner and their cat. I raised them in Chico to be near my dad and brother. Family and faith are important to me. So is living close to nature and spending time with friends. I will do my best to show up with kindness and consistency every day. We will learn a lot about our core subjects as well as social emotional skills and ways to be most successful in school by making good habits and having open lines of communication. This will be my 2nd year teaching. I am incredibly grateful to have moved back home and look forward to making this a year to: Choose Grace. Create Opportunity.
